I began my journey as a therapist over 20 years ago, completing a Certificate in Counselling Skills at UWE Bristol. Since then, I have continually developed my practice across various settings and client groups. I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor with a Diploma in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling from BCPC in Bath, working with adults since 2017.
I am also a PTUK Accredited Play Therapist, with experience working in primary schools and community settings since 2012. In 2019, I completed specialist training in Counselling Young People and Adolescents. I have been running a private practice with adults and children for over 5 years.
Before training as a therapist, I worked in IT and data, which has given me a unique perspective on navigating change and structure in life and work.
